A professional supplier of specialty papers and a high-tech enterprise, we are a leader in the field of new materials. Our company is located at No. 5 Taixing East Street, Jibei Development Zone. Currently, we have 300 employees and an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons for packaging paper and specialty papers.
The company is a member of both the Shandong Province Papermaking Industry Association and the Shandong Province Packaging and Printing Industry Association. Through independent R&D as well as collaborative development, the company has obtained a total of 9 invention patents and 2 utility model patents. The company uses commodity pulp boards as its raw material, and its products fall within industries that are encouraged by national and provincial industrial policies. The company’s main product lines include five major categories—art paper, specialty papers, packaging papers, industrial papers, and cultural papers—comprising nearly a hundred different varieties. These products are widely used in industries such as packaging, hardcover books, brochures, stationery, cosmetics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food packaging. The company ranks among the top players in China’s specialty paper sub-sector. In 2020, the “Chao Gan” brand art paper was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation as a high-quality brand in Shandong Province.

The products fall into five major categories—art paper, specialty paper, packaging paper, industrial paper, and cultural paper—comprising nearly a hundred different types.

Specialty paper
It boasts high stiffness, tear resistance, smoothness, whiteness, and excellent printability. It features high whiteness, natural colors, a soft and gentle surface gloss, and a silky-smooth, delicate hand feel. It delivers outstanding printing results and reliable printing stability. With superior color reproduction and vivid print quality, it produces images with rich tonal gradations that are strikingly lifelike and captivating!
Drawing paper
The paper features long fibers, exceptional strength, and remarkable durability—resistant to rubbing yet free of fuzz. Its surface texture is natural rather than artificially pressed, exhibiting a beautifully textured roughness that lends the artwork a smooth, delicate, vivid, and natural appearance. The piece also boasts a strong sense of three-dimensionality.
Cultural paper
High smoothness for a silky-smooth and delicate feel; writing is effortless and fluid, with a smoothly gliding nib that produces clear, sharp handwriting without bleeding or smudging. Suitable for a wide variety of pens, including fountain pens, ballpoint pens, gel pens, rollerballs, pencils, and calligraphy brushes. Fast-drying ink-free. Compliant with the EU RoHS Directive, FSC-certified, and meets EUDR traceability requirements.
Industrial paper
The company has obtained certifications for its production license, as well as for its quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, and FSC certification. Our products are free of fluorescent agents, feature high paper cleanliness, precise overprinting, and vividly realistic patterns. They do not shed fibers or powder, and offer excellent color reproduction. The surface is smooth with high whiteness, good stiffness, and outstanding sizing performance. The edges are neatly trimmed and impeccably clean.
Packaging paper
Made from food-grade wood pulp and featuring a proprietary, patented food-grade AKD additive, this product is manufactured in a clean workshop. It has passed all necessary tests, complies with the EU RoHS directive, holds FSC certification, meets EUDR traceability requirements, and can be used for lamination, co-extrusion, and the production of high-strength inner-liner PE sealing bags—all while fully meeting food safety standards.
